TEAMPLYO ACADEMY

TeamPlyo Academy offers the comprehensive education and training required to delivery successfull TEAM-SPEEDTM, TEAM-POWERTM, TEAM-ELITETM classes at your Athletic Training Organizations (ATO).  The Academy training includes:

  • Complete plyometrics & SAQ instruction
  • Classroom, video and live training
  • Motivational leadership skills

Upon completion, instructors are approved to lead the TeamPlyo group workouts at their club or facility.  Certified instructors can also be listed on the TeamPlyo website to lead classes on a contractual basis for other TeamPlyo licensed ATOs.  ATOs may include sports complexes, park districts, rehab facilities, health & fitness clubs, high schools, colleges, individual sports teams, etc.
